We hire staff in all countries we work in. They are carefully chosen and all have relevant experience in dealing with foreign volunteers in their respective countries. Our staff's are available for support in every country we work in 24hrs a day. Staff are trained to deal with various situations and are always willing to help.

We try to help you out by answering some of the common questions parents have in mind. Concerns about Safety We understand that safety of all volunteers is at top priority at both your and our minds. All our projects at each location is very carefully picked, keeping in mind the safety of all our volunteers. Our staff visit each site before displaying the project on our website. We very carefully pick the host families, which are educated and are welcoming to host people from abroad. Our local country coordinators are constantly monitoring both the host families and the volunteers in the filed. 24x7 Emergency Support All our country coordinators have mobile phones and can be contacted any time in case of an emergency. We also provide direct phone numbers for all host families to the volunteers before departure so that parents can have those details if they require. We have a 24x7 emergency number which any one can reach our office for any kind of support required. In country support Our country coordinators visit volunteers at projects once in 2 weeks to check their well being. They can also be contacted anytime if required by volunteers. This is a benefit to the volunteers as they can get world-class service at nearly 50% of the cost what others charge. As some companies who provide exactly the same services charge somewhere between $1500- $2000 for just 2 weeks program, our programs start at only $650
for 2 weeks. It is a wise decision to save money, which can be spend for the needy society. We believe the money to save by joining us, you can donate that money to NGO's whom you work with on your volunteer trip, which will be a great help for them. We work with most experienced staff, who have vast experience in working with foreign volunteers in all countries. Unlike many other companies we have programs running throughout the year.
