Now that you have decided where to go and what project to choose, it is time to book that adventure of a lifetime. Below are the simple steps for you to understand the procedure :

» Fill out the application form online. The first page will ask you about your personal information and about your choice of volunteering program and destination.

» The second page will take you to CCAVENUE or PayPal website a 128bit Secure Site where you enter the Credit Card holders details to make a $200 deposit for processing your application.

» Once your application and payment is done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

» We process your application and send you a Welcome email, informing you of the process within 48 hours.
.
» We will send you your placement details with 10 days from the date of application.
.
» Once accepted, you would be advised to pay your Program Fee at least 45 days prior to you program start date, online through email.

» Once we receive the final payment, we would then send you your Pre Departure Info Kit, which would have all information regarding your program city, things to bring, immunizations etc. You would also receive your Travel and Medical Insurance details within 10 days prior to your departure.
