Why Volunteer in Ghana with VS?
Regular support and efforts of the volunteers in the project since 2007 have seen the project come a long way now with the program supporting the education of around 300 girls. The girls school building construction has also seen lot of progress with 10 classrooms being completed. Continuous efforts of the local Volunteering Solutions staff and the volunteers would help in further development of the project. Volunteers also work in local village schools in the Teaching Volunteer Project as well as in Orphanage Volunteer Program and Medical Volunteer Project in Tamale.

Volunteers working in the Community Development Project work in village communities located 15-20 kms outside the city of Tamale. Volunteers work for a variety of projects and initiatives for the local communities such as education, construction and repair work and health.Read more
