Nairobi National Park is the main tourist attraction for visitors to Nairobi. Visitor attractions include the park's black rhinoceros, diverse bird species, cheetah, hyena, leopard, and lion.The 117 km2 Nairobi National Park is unique by being the only protected area in the world with a variety of animals and birds close to a capital city. As expected, the park is a principal attraction for visitors to Nairobi.

Lake Nakuru park is the spectacular concentration of pink flamingos whose number often reaches to more than a million. The park is also the home to more than 25 rhinos, one of the largest concentrations in Kenya and is located 2 hours away from Nairobi. Volunteers would also go to Nairobi National Park which is the main tourist attraction for visitors to Nairobi.
