How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
The staff were very helpful in getting back to emails and answering the questions.

Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Yes, the placement was very organized and the children and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The children were very keen to learn which made for a fulfilling experience.

Accommodation and meals
Definitely above expectations - The family was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home and the accommodation and meals were great.

Coordinator
Orientation , social activities and city tour were helpful. Coordinator was accessible and helpful.

What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
Getting amongst a school and understanding the context of these children and their former lives through home stay and traveling made teaching an easier process.

Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no
YES, the Program , the facilitation of everything and transition of teaching was fantastic. This is a truly rewarding experience.
