How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
The Pre departure booklet was very informative and helped me to feel at ease with my arrival. Your staff is extremely responsive and helpful. I emailed several questions at different times and I always received quick and complete responses.

Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Yes, I did very much. The kids at the project are wonderful. It truly has been a life changing experience.

Accommodation and meals
My home stay could not be any better. Anna has been so very helpful with navigating the city, offering recommendations and is very understanding of language barriers. She is always willing to take her time and make sure I understand.

What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip?
Overall it was a pleasure to work with the children. They are eager to learn English and I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces every day.
