How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare?
Excellent. Answered all my questions very promptly.

Did you enjoy working at your project / placement?
Absolutely ! The children were wonderful. They responded to me very well. By the second day even the hesitant ones were friendly. I loved being in the middle of the village and getting a sense of what village life is like. I loved how friendly all the people who stopped by were. I feel that the children actually benefited from my being there.

Accommodation and meals
Couldn't have been better. Bobby and his whole family were wonderful and welcoming. I especially appreciated how Bobby spent time with us every evening giving us a really good understanding of India. Wonderful conversations ! The family was wonderful as well. They took us to a tailor and to the tea factory as well.

Coordinator
Bobby is fantastic. I felt very cared about and welcomed. Evening conversations with him were wonderful and very much appreciated. The trip to Manali with Amit was great. He had so much knowledge about and love for his country. They both were extremely helpful , enthusiastic and lots of fun.

I have done 3 volunteering trips with two other organizations before this one. I hope to do one or two more every year and will definitely go with Volunteering Solutions. You are doing a great job. I look forward to more trips with you.
