Reasons To Choose The Elephant 2 Beaches Voluntour In Thailand

There must be some reasons why millions of travelers and backpackers are heading towards this Southeast Asian Nation, that’s often termed as ‘The Land of Smiles’. Even when we did a quick analysis, we were surprised to figure out that most of the enthusiast volunteers have Thailand on their mind as the most preferred destination.

Hence, the expert VolSol Team has designed an amazing and affordable 2 weeks voluntour in Thailand, which has the perfect combination of all the best things that the country has to offer! From the serene Northern Village of Chiang Mai and a volunteering experience with elephants to the madness of Koh Phangan and the beach walks at Koh Samui – the Elephant 2 Beaches Program has everything that you can think of.

We believe that there’s no need to convince anyone for a trip to Thailand, but if you are still looking for reasons to join this voluntour, then here’s how we can best explain it to you!

1. It’s a short-term program, perfect for your Spring Break/ Summer Break!

For those who are worried about the time crunch, this would be a hassle free deal. In a span of 14 days, we shall ensure that you get to volunteer at an elephant village in Chiang Mai while living with the Mahout Community. Get to know who these people take care of the gentle giants and share some love with them!

You’ll get to explore Chiang Mai and visit the beautiful Wats of the city. Later, you’ll be exploring the natural beauty of Koh Tao, get tanned on the beaches of Koh Samui, and party hard at Koh Phangan! Make the most of your break time by doing something worthy and create a beautiful travel story that you can shout out to everyone!

2. Meet like-minded travelers from other parts of the world.

2. Meet like-minded travelers from other parts of the world.

Are you thinking of kick-starting your solo adventures abroad? Then this is the time to go for it and meet new people. You’ll surely get to make friends with some interesting folks traveling to Thailand from different countries. And you never know, you might just find out your favorite travel mate amongst them!

Meeting people from other parts of the world will also broaden your social network and help you to know more about their lands, culture, and lifestyle. You’ll also get to adopt new skills from your peers and get creative ideas from them. Traveling with a bunch of strangers and slowly bonding with them will turn out to be one of the best memories of your trip.

3. Add some more adventure to your itinerary!

You can choose to go for a jungle hike and cool yourself down under a waterfall – ah, yeah! Our volunteers have always loved this part of the trip, where they explore the wilderness of Northern Thailand before getting a refreshing natural bath! You can also try out adventure sports like kayaking, quad biking, snorkeling and scuba diving!

Feel the adrenaline rush and indulge in something that you’ve never tried before. And as we always say, life is better when there are no regrets!

4. Options to choose between volunteering and adventure tour.

While the elephant volunteering at Chiang Mai is compulsory for all, there’s another optional volunteering opportunity as well. If you are keen on teaching kids in Thailand, then you can go for the volunteer teaching project for 4 days. You can also opt for Quad biking to feel the thrills! Others can choose to head towards the Ang Thong Marine Park and get closer to the life underwater.

It’s all your choice – what you wish to do, and we shall be more than happy to arrange it for you. The Elephant to Beaches Voluntour is meant to provide the best things to the participants, and we shall keep our promise.

5. Explore the Koh Tao Marine Conservation Project.

A part of the fee that you’ll pay for this trip will go for the Koh Tao Marine Conservation Project, which is responsible for the breed, care, and conservation of the local turtle population. Catching a glimpse of the huge turtles and meeting the local staff will be an amazing addition to your entire experience.

In case you are interested in knowing more about the work that’s done here, we’ll arrange a guided tour of the project so that you can see how your money is used and the work that’s completed.

6. Go for a boat trip and dive into the deep sea!

Sounds crazy, right??!! But that’s what you’re gonna do on this trip! Before this thrilling trip comes to an end, we shall take you for a boat trip from Koh Tao, so that you can experience things from a different angle.
You can jump off the boat to bathe in the saline water, and later soak yourself under the sun while lazying at the beaches! You can also binge on some great Thai cuisine (especially seafood) from the beachside shacks.

7. Tick Bangkok off your bucket list!

Can any trip to Thailand be complete without partying at the Khao San Road in Bangkok? Guess not! So here we are, ensuring that you have a grand farewell night with your new bunch of friends at the party hub of the country.
You’ll just have one evening to spend in Bangkok, so make the most of it and don’t forget to pick up souvenirs for the back at home. Bangkok is a shopper’s paradise and you’ll get great deals (polish your bargaining skills!).
